Walk

Yesterday during our walk we stopped at the nature center for a break.  Here Maya is with a beaver (Maya is the one on the left).

Out on another walk with Maya.  Based on her attitude you would think I was taking her out on the Bataan Death March or something.

Maya is at the bottom of the scrum...  She's always at the bottom.

Walk

Went for another walk this afternoon but Maya refused to go as far as last time so we trimmed of half our loop around Pike Island and made it a 4.5 mile walk instead.  It was much nicer today since it was about 10 degrees cooler.

Today at Jujitsu Maya was working on the armbar...  She loves the armbar.

Walk

Today Maya came with me for a 6 mile walk in 100 degree heat.  It was a little embarrassing because she had a hard time keeping up with me even though I'm middle age and out of shape.  

Here is a fawn that jumped up next to us and made us both scream.  After everything settled down we looked at him and he looked at us and we all felt a little foolish for being startled.

Had to get the oil change and Maya came along for the ride.  Yes, she is getting pretty bored.

Today was the first time Steve had only girls show up to jujitsu class.  It seemed worthy of a picture.
