Huevos Rancheros

Saturday on America's Test Kitchen they showed how to make huevos rancheros, so this morning for breakfast we decided to give it a try and it turned out pretty good. Nothing like a little south of the border fare to get the day started off right. Maya did nothing most of the day other than proclaim the fact that she was not tired and did not need a nap until about 4:00PM when she actually laid down on the futon and slept for three hours.
